Job Description
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify potential markets and customers within the bread, cakes and confectioneries industry.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and approach potential clients to expand the customer base.
- Handle client inquiries, provide product information, and offer tailored solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Prepare regular sales reports, including sales activity, pipeline status and forecast.
- Analyst sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role, preferably within the food distribution, retail, or hospitality industry.
- Possess Class 3 Driving License.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Industry-specific knowledge and experience is preferred.
- Possess Food Safety and Hygiene Certification.
Working Hours: 5 days work week (Monday to Friday). From 8.00am to 6.00pm.
