- Managing a portfolio of clients, developing and maintaining client relationships
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, liaising with them throughout the engagement cycle
- Actively promote team and personal profile to internal networks in order to promote collaboration and increase internal leads
- Identify key client issues that represent opportunities for the Firm to capitalise on and play active role in securing it
- Financial management, including developing and managing project budgets and billing to ensure profitable delivery of client engagements
- Coaching and developing junior team members
- Play key role in people development activities (coaching / mentoring) for less experienced team members
Requirements:
- Degree in Economics, Business or Accountancy or obtained relevant professional qualifications
- Min. 10 years of relevant experience in a public accounting firm
- Extensive experiences in transfer pricing tax environment
- Excellent technical skills and commercial awareness
- Strong interpersonal skills in developing internal and client relationships; Sustains a high level of drive, shows enthusiasm and a positive attitude that translates across the team
- Excellent project management skills
- Experience of working in a Transfer Pricing Team within a large international consulting firm
