Job Description
- Manage trade finance transactions
- Oversee accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely payments and accurate records
- Liaise closely with overseas production facilities
- Assist in preparing export/import documentation
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including analysis and budgeting
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local regulations, tax requirements, and company policies
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma in Accounting/Finance, or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience
- Good knowledge of Singapore tax, and customs regulations, including GST filing
- Proficiency in Mandarin as the role is required to liaise with stakeholders in China on a regular basis and handle relevant documents
- Proficiency in SAGE 300 accounting system
- Meticulous and detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Open to travel
