Job Responsibilities
- Establish new sales opportunities using various sales prospecting channels
- Respond to telephone / online catering enquiries
- Assist clients in menu selection and proposal
- Build and maintain good client relationship and rapport
- Account for sales and profitability of event orders and ensure smooth operations of catering
- Coordinate with internal food production and logistics team to ensure smooth delivery of catering events
Requirements
- Preferably with 1 year of relevant experience in the F&B industry
- A positive work attitude and willingness to learn
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Outgoing personality and highly motivated
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Have initiative, independent and well-organised
- Enjoy communicating with people
- Passionate about customer service and sales activities
