You will be responsible for building sales pipelines and meeting the monthly sales target. You must be familiar with all the company's products and services, as well as be able to recommend appropriate solutions to clients based on their needs and requirements.
Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for their inquiries
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company’s product and service structure
- Achieve or exceed customer service objectives and expectation
- Deliver on service-level-agreement commitments made to customers on availability, reliability and respond turnaround time.
- Maintain good relationship with customers to retain and protect our customer base against attrition.
- Effective handling of all customers’ enquiries, feedbacks and complaints in a professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements, qualify and generate leads or provide direct product recommendations.
- Perform necessary administrative work including filing reports, conduct pre-verification checks and preparing the necessary documentation for client onboarding.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Marketing/Business Management or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of Sales/ Business Development exposures, B2B will be an added advantage
- Familiar with Accounting standards will be advantageous
- High achieving and result-oriented, proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales target
- Ability to understand customer needs and business requirements
- Excellent customer services, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Able to work independently as well as a team player
