Job Title: Sales Admin/Sales Coordinator (ID1596)
Location: Ubi
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm, Sat (work from home) 9am to 1pm
Salary: $2500-$2600
Job Description
• Attend to customer enquires relating to sales or sales operations
• Handle office administration matters such as application/renewal of work permits, worker insurance, etc
• Provide general office/administrative duties and various departments in the administrative job, such as letters preparation, copying, scanning, filling, data entry, etc
• Assist in typing of quotations, invoices and other documents
• Handle purchasing of stock/supplies required
• Manage sales enquiry logbook paperwork
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company
Requirement:
• Minimum NITEC/ N Level and above
• At least 1-2 years admin experience
• Meticulous and detailed person
• Hands-on and able to multi-task and handle varied tasks
• Able to work independently
