Job Description:
- Provide day-to-day operational support in HR Admin functions.
- Assist in update and checking of staff and worker daily attendance report
- Assist in computation of workers’ payroll, as when necessary
- Assist in cost allocation report after payroll processing, as when necessary
- Assist in application of foreign worker levy waiver as when necessary
- Perform General HR administrative functions such as update worker personal particular details (passport, bank account no, work permit)
- Assist in register, update and cancel the staff and workers PCP records
- Maintaining uniforms inventory that includes stock taking
- Other HR function duties may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirement:
- GCE 'O' Level / Diploma qualification
- At least 1 year work experience in HR administration
- Good in interpersonal and communication skill
- Positive attitude and able to work independently
- Able to multi-task and is a team player
