Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our school and meet enrolment goals.
- Manage the schools, social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) by creating and posting engaging content.
- Oversee our school website, ensuring it is up to date, informative, and SEO- optimized.
- Run online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to increase our schools' visibility and drive enrolment inquires.
- Plan, organize, and promote school events such as open days, workshops, fairs, and virtual tours.
- Ensure that the school's brand is consistently represented across all marketing platforms and materials.
Requirements
- Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in social marketing for a national/ global brand or agency.
- Strong collaboration, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to use social analytics and listening tools for data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional writing and creative skills for content elevation.
- Passion for creating social content and working with campaign teams.
- Knowledge of social media amplification and distribution strategies.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Growth oriented and able to thrive in a start- up culture.
