Job Responsibilities:
1) Conceptualize all aspects of mechanical & electrial design and engineering, basis of design, scope of work, development of construction documents and execute the project with the detailed designs.
2) Assist and support the Project Manager in handling and monitoring the progress of projects to ensure that work on site is on schedule.
3) Liaise and coordinate project site works with consultants, vendors, suppliers and sub-contractors.
4) Ensure that all works carried out exceeds industry standards and are in compliance with local legislations, QHSE requirements and other regulations.
5) Arrange timely and consistent communication sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
6) Manage the detailed mechanical design of municipal scale wastewater treatment systems (if needed).
7) Assist in proposal preparation; contract preparation and negotiation; coordination with regulatory agencies; project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
8) Able to interpret Mechanical and Electrical schematic drawings issued by the Consultant and prepare the tender proposal.
Job Requirements:
1) Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or any equivalent qualification recognized by PEB.
2) Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experiences.
3) Preferable infrastructure, building services, possess Environment, Water or Waste Water Engineering experiences.
4) Able to communicate clearly with people at all levels about goals, responsibility, performance, expectations, and feedbacks.
5) Manage various sub-contractors for Building services.
