Key Responsibilities/Duties:
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate terms and conditions and contract clauses with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Quantity measurement, costing, and estimation for both pre-contract and post-contract
- Track changes to the Design/ Construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
- Price/ forecast the cost of different materials required for the project
- Evaluate progress payment and VOs, cost-benefit analysis, and perform variation order
- Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in a timely manner
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in Commercial Management/ Quantity Surveying
- At least 4 years working experience in civil engineering/infrastructure projects
- Immediate Starters will have an advantage
