Job Description:

Your mission is to oversee and grow Goama’s revenue with new client acquisition and retention. You will create long-term and trusting relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that Goama remains in their immediate interest and priority. The chosen candidate will oversee accounts and sales primarily in your region.


Responsibilities:

  • Leading negotiations and building relationships with relevant partners and potential affiliates or agencies.
  • Establish, strengthen, and maintain relationships with decision-makers at the senior executive level for current clients and prospects.
  • Leading Regional/Local accounts and building strategies to grow their Business
  • Provide accurate weekly forecast reports and track key metrics.
  • Partner with customer success, marketing, and the wider sales team to drive new strategies and business plans to achieve revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Strategy Operations, Product Marketing, and Product Management to help develop the Go-To-Market plan
  • Generate leads and new business opportunities through customer prospecting.
  • Attend client meetings and deliver commercial presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales management, business development, or partner management in retail, Account Manager, FMCG, and Brands.
  • Experience in management of partner relationship
  • Experience with business development in a fast-growth, Gamification environment.
  • Experience in go-to-market functions such as pricing/commercial.

Key Skills

  • Ability to persuade and communicate goals.
  • Ability to motivate at every level and think strategically to align strategy and tactics with overall brand goals.
  • Ability to work with different priorities, multiple projects, and virtual teams and partners.
  • Proficient in written and oral English and Mandarin with excellent communication and people skills.
  • Likes being hands-on and is ready to go outside of the box to make things work
  • Hands-on experience with B2B prospecting sales techniques Track record of achieving sales prospecting quotas.
