Job Description
· Schedule & Program
· To supervise & coordinate the site work
· To co-ordinate and liaise with Maincon and Subcon
· To attend all the necessary meetings with Maincon/consultant
· To assist, prepare and update the monthly site progress report
· To update site progress claim
· To prepare, revise and update all the shop drawings, as-built drawings and O&M
· To prepare site safety & document submission (RA, MOS and etc)
· Carry out inspection with RTO/Consultant
· To update superior on the site matter or changes
· Assist in certification of Subcon progress claim
· Maintain good relationship with client
· Monitor and request for equipment and material delivery
· To lead team leader in project execution, planning and scheduling
· To resolve site technical issue related to coordination, installation, testing and commissioning
· Any adhoc duty assigned by superior
Requirements
· Diploma in engineering with minimum 3 years of ACMV/M&E working experience, OR
· Degree in relevant engineering and minimum 1 years of ACMV/M&E working experience
· Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
· Good oral and written communication skills
· Good interpersonal skills, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
· Knowledge in ACMV/M&E design will be an advantage
· Proficiency in Autocad
· Excellent project management skills including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
· Confidence and Assertiveness
· Willing to learn and accept new challenges
· 5.5 days work
