Primary Responsibilities:
Provide remote and on-site End-user IT Support, weekly preventive maintenance and detective measures to monitor the health of the critical systems.
Diagnose and resolve server, network, hardware and software issues escalated by users.
Ad-hoc IT works. Job Requirements:
At least 2 years of relevant working experience on IT infrastructure technical support, experience in networking( router and switches), Firewall, Windows Servers, MS Office 365, Anti-Virus Software and/or Backup/Recovery systems.
Self-independent, reliable, analytical and possess good troubleshooting skills.
Available on ad-hoc basis for End-user
