Job Responsibilities
- Report to Sales Manager.
- To push sales to achieve Yearly and Monthly Sales target.
- Handle New customers account.
- To assist CSO execution on existing customer issues , eg. fail delivery from plant, quality issues.
- To understand and analyse customers project and trend.
- Build relationship with new and existing customers.
- Review monthly sales forecast from customer & input into report.
- Prepare Monthly Sales performance report and KPI report.
- Liaise with counterpart on TM SEO progress.
- Create monthly content for website.
- Weekly RFQ discussion with PWS engineer to ensure RFQs are prioritised accordingly.
- Maintain LinkedIn account to ensure contents are up-to-date.
- Handle daily tasks inquiry from existing customers (also includes monthly/weekly stock declaration for MRP parts and other customers).
- Weekly sales forecast update for current month & quarterly review as needed.
- Raise RFQ forms and send quotations to selected customers.
- Activate and monitor FA & 1st production build and ECN activation.
- Manage Inventory, Passive stocks , Excess stock and Aging stocks – monthly.
- Attend weekly meetings with production team on delivery matters.
- Attend scheduled meetings with key customers.
- Other adhoc from upper management.
- Epicor learning & simulation.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of Sales experience.
- A team player who enjoys a teamwork environment and is able to communicate with individuals at all levels/positions.
- Independent, self-motivated, result oriented with ability to work under pressure and willing to work beyond normal call of duty.
- Detailed and meticulous.
- Able to use Microsoft Office
