Working Day/Hour: 8.30am to 5.30pm, 5-day work week

Responsibilities:
- The Sales Executive acts as the point of contact with the customers, portraying professionalism and confidence that delivers the ultimate in customer service.
- Interact with clients, vendors & visitors in professional manner.
- Follow up with existing accounts, contractors and engineers.
- Cold call on projects and companies that come across out in the field.
- Submit weekly sales run sheet, detailing visits to clients, projects, follow up site demo etc.
- Technical presentations to contractors and engineers upon full product training and support given.
- On-site technical site installation training to be given to contractors and engineers when requested.
- Weekly sales meeting on current and potential sales.
- Follow up with contractors/engineers/architects/developers on new or existing projects.
- Follow up on contacts/enquiries.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- With knowledge of the construction industry preferred but not essential.
- Have a good sales record.
- Self-driven, meticulous and possess high degree on initiative and integrity.
- Strong customer service orientation, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literate, detailed conscientious and able to work independently.
