Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews and process walkthroughs with business owners to identify key controls.
- Plan and perform audits on internal controls with clarity and effectiveness.
- Test for compliance with policies, best practices, and procedures.
- Engage in closing discussions with management for each assignment.
- Report audit findings concisely, identifying root causes and associated risks.
- Provide actionable recommendations to strengthen internal controls.
- Use data analytics to enhance audit processes for better testing and monitoring.
- Assist in delivering the audit plan on time, including special reviews, investigations, and implementation assessments.
- Follow up on audits to ensure recommendations are applied and improvements achieved.
- Foster a collaborative environment for knowledge-sharing and best practices.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy/Business/IT (Information Systems) or equivalent.
- Requires business travelling to regional countries 25% a year (for up to 3 weeks) - US, Asia and Europe.
- Data analytical skills.
- Good interpersonal and written/spoken communication skills
- Proficient in reading, writing and spoken English and Mandarin for audit of overseas associates.
