- Position: Customer Service Officer
- Salary: $2,300 - $3,000
- Working Location: Queenstown
- Working Days: 5 days per week (include weekend and PH)
- Working Time: Base on roster (8.30am - 8.00pm)
Responsibilities
- Customer Service at front desk
- Attend to walk in customer, greet and announce customers 'arrival
- Ensure showroom is tidy and orderly.
- Ensure display cars (interior and exterior) are in good condition.
- Managing the sales executive turn system.
- Provide refreshments to customers.
- Ad-hoc duties assign by manager.
Requirements:
- GCE N/O Level and/or NITEC trained
- Relevant working experience in similar industries
- Good interpersonal skill
- Passion for customer service
- Basic MS office and data entry skills
- Able to commit on weekends and PH
