Loans & Structured Credit SEA is a part of Global Financing & Credit Trading, Asia that covers a wide range of financing transactions for SE Asia corporate clients, including private credit and corporate loans, across senior and mezzanine parts of the capital structure.

Your key responsibilities:
- Carry out detailed credit and financial analysis
- Prepare credit memos, financial modelling, scenario analysis for senior / mezzanine loans to corporates
- Interact with Corporate Finance and C-suite personnel alongside senior DB team members to diligence underlying companies, assess the transaction, and to execute trades
- Assist the team with various internal approval processes during execution
- Ongoing monitoring of existing positions
Your skills and experience:
- Minimum 6 years experience in structured loans, working for an Investment Bank
- Experience in SEA syndicated loans, pre-IPO financing and illiquid share-backed margin loans, across high yield, corporate and sponsor space.
- Experience in financial modeling across manufacturing companies, services sector, real estate and natural resources
- Experience in carrying out deep dive credit analysis, financial modeling for companies across various sectors
- Ability to understand and analyse financial statements, accounting background.
- Good communication skills, analytical and detailed oriented
