Contract Duration: 5 Months
Working Hours: 8.00am – 5.30pm (Mon – Thu), 8.00am – 5.00pm (Fri)
Basic Salary: Up to $2,500 per month

Job Responsibilities:

· Updating of status of declarations on SharePoint

· To convert all received FormSG emails into pdf files for transfer into SharePoint daily.

· To transfer received forms and email attachments daily.

· To monitor the status of forms that require vetting.

· To update into system for those declarations that have been vetted.

· To convert emails of vetting outcome into pdf files and transfer into SharePoint daily.

· To upload pdf emails of vetting outcome into system daily.


Job Requirements:

· GCE O Levels and above.

· At least 1 year of administrative experience will be preferred.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, such as SharePoint and Excel.

· Only Singaporeans.
