Lead a project team in the following for Mechanical (M&E) services for building projects:
• Concept designed.
• Detail design development.
• Contract documentation.
• Authority submission.
• Site administration to project completion.
Requirements:
• Singaporean / PR.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related Building Consultancy/Project Management field.
• Degree in Mechanical or related discipline.
• Good inter-personal skills.
• Self driven and able to work independently.
• Basic Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM.
• Salary $2,500 to $3,500
