Job Summary:
- Location: Jurong east (7mins from MRT)
- Work days: 5 Days - Mon to Fri
- Salary range: up to $3200
- Benefits: Basic + Comms + AL + Training provided (1-1 mentorship)
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end Recruitment:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain a diverse talent pool.
2. Candidate Engagement:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
3. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with internal departments to understand specific staffing needs and develop accurate job descriptions.
4. Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with TAFEP guidelines and other relevant employment regulations throughout the recruitment cycle.
Qualifications:
- Educational Qualifications: Candidates should possess at least a diploma, preferably in human resources or business-related fields. Candidates with degrees in these fields are welcome.
- Sales-Driven Orientation: Candidates should have a results-driven approach, with a commitment to meeting the company’s targets and expectations. This role requires a focus on achieving performance objectives aligned with company goals.
