Finance Assistant Manager/Manager, Finance Operations

Job Responsibilities:

Support in financial operations management:

  • Supervise and manage the team on AR, AP, GL functions
  • Support the group treasury function on collection and payment related matters
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial and management reports
  • Analyse and review financial reporting
  • Handle corporate tax filings and GST tax matters
  • Liaise and coordinate with external corporate secretary, bankers, auditors and tax agents
  • Provide expertise in any ad-hoc corporate projects

Job Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Accountancy/Finance and equivalent with at least 5 years’ working experience
  • Proficient in corporate tax and GST tax regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel is a must
  • Proficient in SAP ByD is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Meticulous, proactive, resourceful, and self-driven with positive mindset
  • Good understanding of local GST regulations and accounting practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP/ERP/MS Navision or equivalent software
