Job Responsibilities:
-Handle full spectrum of recruitment activities for the company
-Perform strategic HR planning to meet challenging business and operations requirements
-Sourcing & short-listing of candidates through resumes
-Arranging & conducting of interviews to qualify candidates
-Able to assist/conduct professional interviews
-Conduct reference check for successful candidates
-Involves in training & development of employees
-Conduct exit interviews and procedures
-Help colleagues with career planning, promote colleagues to rotate posts, compete for jobs, and career growth
-Ad hoc duties and projects as assigned
Requirements:
-Minimum Diploma/Degree
-Candidates without prior experience are welcome
-Able to multi-task, as well as, work in a fast paced & collaborative environment
-Quick thinking and resourceful to deal with the volatile nature of job
-Excellent communication, interpersonal and cross functional stakeholder management skills
-Good planning and organisational skills
