Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate data entry of orders into Microsoft NAV system
- Pricing up of Quotations for Sales team for projects or box sales
- Supporting Sales Team with Documentation and Requirements pertaining to Sales RFPs / tenders
- Liaise with Suppliers and/or Vendors to obtain prices and lead-time.
- Follow up with Clients on quotes sent.
- Generate weekly and monthly Reports of pipeline and closed orders to reporting manager
- Answering phone calls for Sales and recording of incoming Enquiries and passing them to relevant sales executives
- Tracking of inbound enquiries and monitoring their progress
- Other general administrative support for the Sales team
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimally 1 year of related experience
- Required language(s): Fluent in English
- Required Skills (s): Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
- Knowledge of Microsoft NAV is an added advantage
- Good team player and able to work independently
- Must be organized, meticulous and patient
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
