Job Description
- Answering phone calls
- Coordinate office activities
- Provide general administrative support including data entry, filling, etc.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
- Preparation of all Billing documents for Business Units (*Credit Note, Quotations, Delivery Orders (DOs), Invoices).
- Monitor, update foreign workers’ deployment including handling of recruitment, renewal of foreign workers work pass application and cancellation.
- Maintain and update training records for all employees.
- Arrange regulatory training eg. Safety Orientation Course (SOC) and related skill tests.
- Administer insurance related issues covering reporting, submission and settlement of claims.
- Assist to manage and maintain all administration-related works in the office.
- Liaise and co-ordinate with site personnel on administration issues.
- Document management and filing.
- Manage overhead contracts, invoices and payments.
- Help manage staff medical insurance.
- Administrative support to top management – as required.
Job Requirements:
- GCE 'O' Level or Diploma
- Responsible and positive attitude
