Responsibilities
- Manage product uploads, inventory, and descriptions on platforms like GrabMart, Deliveroo, and our Shopify website.
- Organize and coordinate deliveries for both retail and wholesale orders.
- Independently reorder items when stock is low and source replacement products as needed.
- Engage clients to meet sales targets and handle customer inquiries and service recovery through digital channels.
- Support administrative tasks, including document organization and commission calculations.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and inventory systems is an added advantage.
- Bilingual in MANDARIN and English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
