Senior Ecommerce Executive
Seeking a driven and results-oriented Senior eCommerce Executive who will play a crucial role in developing and executing the brand's digital & eCommerce strategy, as well as spearheading online product launches.
Responsibilities
E-Marketing Strategy Planning:
- Work closely with the Commercial Manager in developing and overseeing the online retail strategy for Singapore and potential new markets in Asia Pacific across all channels to drive business growth.
- Support the development and execution of comprehensive brand and product marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing revenue and engagement across the customer funnel.
- Plan, develop, and implement strategies to attract and retain online customers, ranging from the running of customer engagement activities, improvement of customer journey on eStore and development of new content to boost conversion rates.
- Conceptualize and create engaging content (including copywriting) for organic and paid acquisition channels, such as digital ads and EDMs.
- Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams on the execution of brand, marketing, and eCommerce activities.
- Develop and manage partnerships with KOLs, media titles, other brands, as well as other stakeholders from conception to execution.
- Responsible for monthly reports analyzing brand and competitor performance, offering insights and identifying growth opportunities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, ensuring our content remains fresh, relevant, and ahead of the curve.
eCommerce Channel Management:
- Manage the day-to-day operations on eStore and marketplaces, including the updating of storefronts, order fulfilment and resolution of customer enquiries and other issues.
- Update and maintain eCommerce content, ensuring all pages, products & prices across all platforms are accurate and updated at all times.
- Plan and execute tactical offers / mechanics / promotions to support key campaigns on platforms.
- Develop and manage livestreaming campaigns on TikTok and other platforms, including the engagement and maintenance of relationships with content creators.
- Liaise with external vendors to troubleshoot issues faced on eStore, optimize user experience, and evolve the backend operating system.
- Analyse and review product & campaign performances to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in the FMCG / beauty industry.
- Experience with Shopee, Lazada and eStore – with a proven track record in driving and growing eCommerce revenue channels.
- Familiarity with Shopify to manage eStore.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, paid media tools, and digital analytic tools such as Google Analytics is a plus.
