At SASS (Singapore Aero Support Services Pte Ltd), we are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong expertise in data reporting and analysis to join our expanding team.
Working alongside the HR team, you will be responsible for all HR related reports, HR data management, payroll and other HR project/administrative duties.

Job Responsibilities:
- Extract and prepare high volume HR reports from HRIS in a timely manner.
- Payroll management - prepare, review and check.
- Administer data entry in HRIS and ensure data accuracy.
- P-File Management; ensure full digitalization of HR documents.
- Liaise with vendors, submit MOM surveys, support and manage HR administration.
- Other HR projects and tasks assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in related field with min. 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
- Payroll experience.
- Strong excel and reporting skills.
- Meticulous and attentive to detail.
- Prior experience in Timesoft is advantageous.
- Positive working attitude, a team player, ability to meet tight timelines and perform under pressure.
