Job Description
- Maintaining Salesforce.com records (order information, device records, service & support activities)
- Provide troubleshooting and technical assistance to internal and external stakeholders and customers via telephone and remote services
- Assist new, existing issues or tasks and be the main support contact between various regional counterparts
- Work closely with other team members to escalate or report issues
- Identify cause of reported issue which can be either hardware, software or network
Requirements
- Diploma and/or Bachelor’s degree in Optometry, engineering or related field
- Min 3 years relevant working experience in the field of ophthalmic, or optical trade
