Responsibilities
1. Basic knowledge or understanding in Credit Card and Card Rewards processing.
2. Meticulous, with an eye for detail, and able to work in a fast-paced environment to support user request and testing.
3. Efficient planning skills and an ability to adhere to deadlines.
4. Help to liaise with technology partners on solution, delivery timeline and User Acceptance Test (UAT) environment readiness.
5. Create UAT test plan, test scope, test script and data, setup Rewards Campaigns in UAT and to perform end-to-end user acceptance testing.
6. Document test results and provide test artifacts in structure format for review and walkthrough with stakeholders.
7. Able to Manage UAT progress, provide timely UAT status reporting, highlight and report issues earlier, monitor issues with timely resolution, and to update business teams and key stakeholders.
8. Collaborate with technology partners, business teams and operation teams on system implementation, including the preparation of instructions/parameter forms to parameter team for Rewards Campaigns setup.
9. Arrange with business teams and stakeholders for live verification
