Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the country office, ensuring alignment with the company's global vision and goals. Participate as a member of Vista Health’s senior leadership team.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Business Development: Support firm-building, identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key clients, and drive revenue growth.
- Financial Management: Manage the country office's budget, financial performance, and reporting, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Client Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in the life sciences consulting industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, accountability and interpersonal skills; ability to think strategically and execute effectively; able to manage teams in a high-energy environment, and work well under pressure.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the life sciences consulting industry, including experience of client and market dynamics.
- Technical skills: MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS PowerPoint and, particularly, MS Excel).
· Other: Singapore citizen/ PR preferred; willingness to travel as needed.
