The title holder will lead a team at a worksite to maintain the ACMV equipment and system at the design efficiency and functionality. He/She will ensure that the team conducts themselves with professionalism and provide a high-level of quality service to our customers. He/she will be responsible for the following:
Daily Operations
- To execute the maintenance regime for site equipment to keep the equipment functioning at the required plant and airside efficiency
- Troubleshoot technical issues and thereafter organise and carry out the necessary rectification works
- Schedule, plan and assign the monthly duties of the team
- Conduct skills training to new team members
- Maintain a high degree of safety standards and create a safety concious workplace
- Conduct daily toolbox meetings
Customer Service and Management
- Attend discussions and meetings with building management and tenants
- Prepare proposals/quotations and routine service reports
- Co-ordinate the resolution of technical faults within the committed timeline
- Audit and maintain high consistency of work methods and work quality delivered by the team
The Ideal candidate is a self-driven leader who has good technical knowledge and the determination and energy to drive himself and his team to deliver excellent service to customers. To excel, he should have the following attributes:
- Diploma in a relevant Engineering/Sustainability field
- Interest in energy efficiency and optimisation
- Related work experience will be an advantage
- Good written and spoken English
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Flexible, analytical, and efficient in problem solving
- Able to perform shift work
