Job Description
- Provide administrative and contractual support and maintain all required project information throughout each project for claim purposes to ensure that the claim data are up-to-date and comprehensive.
- Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
- Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments or construction foreman to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
- Prepare progressive claims and potential variaton claims at regular intervals of the project.
- Maitaining proper documentation of correspondence from contract award to job completion to ensure all relevant claims are lodged accordingly to the client timely.
- Ensure proper closing-out of project account finalization.
Job Specification
- At least a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of Singapore based Quantity Surveyor working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Candidate with experience in Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) will be preferred.
- Willing to work in the West.
- Remuneration will be commensurate in according to working experience.
