Reporting to General Manager, Planning & Coordination, this position will work closely with internal stakeholders and HQ to improve the management accounting function of the Company. The incumbent will also provide support in implementing planning and coordination-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and analyze profit estimation and components for the business with accuracy and in a timely manner.
- Identify Volatility factors from budget and develop action plan, long term strategy.
- Review and analyze the profit structure, identify gaps and make appropriate recommendations to strengthen controls.
- Collect and analysis information about Poly Olefin Elastomer’s business environment and customer, competitor and suggest marketing report to the sale team.
- Proceeding the project to make effective and high performance about work of SCM / profit & loss management by install latest IT software (such as Anaplan and/or AI application).
- Proceeding the project to install new SAP system (SAP S4-HANA).
- Prepare reports on findings for management reporting to HQ timely.
- Provide support in the implementation of planning and coordination-related tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Proficiency in Japanese language at a professional level is essential to liaise with our counterparts in Japan
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry preferred
- Knowledgeable in Poly Olefin Elastomer product & market
- Good working knowledge in SAP system and latest analytics software & AI application (Anaplan installment experience preferred)
- Marketing & Data science skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Self-driven, independent, resourceful and the ability to work with individuals at all levels
- Effective team player with good communication and presentation skills
