Management Trainee

Yole Singapore Pte. Ltd.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and control the entire functions of the store operations
  • Responsible for the cleanliness of the store;
  • Conduct interview and hiring for part time service crew
  • In charge of attendance scheduling, planning and payroll of the store
  • Coordinating and maintaining store serviceability and manpower needs
  • Responsible for the training and competencies of the Artisans and part time service crew
  • Periodically review Artisans and part time service crew performance as and when required
  • Liaise with vendors on all general matters;
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned;

SKILLS

  • Strong passion for Service
  • Willingness to work on a rotating roster: work shift, weekends and public holidays
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and long hours standing,
  • Some experiences needed
