Job Description
- Spearhead and actualise corporate marketing and branding strategies locally
- Conceptualise, strategize, lead and implement branding campaigns and promotions, new products/menus launch, and media and consumer engagement plans
- Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
- Present ideas and final deliverables and communicate with team about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
- Conduct outlet briefings for major marketing campaigns
Requirements
- Degree and above in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
- 5 to 8 years’ relevant working experiences preferably in F&B industry
- In-depth knowledge in Singapore F&B market with keen insights and organization/planning management
- Familiar with F&B branding, and its marketing/PR strategies
- Strong in planning and executing marketing programs, methods of multimedia channels and publicity of our brands
- Strong written and oral communications skills
