RESPONSIBILITY
· Plan and allocate tools, material and manpower for fabrication;
· Ensure that all the technical reviews by engineering team comply with project requirements;
· Coordinate all technical queries with related parties – engineering team, client, vendor etc;
· Assist Project Manager in streamlining work processes;
· Coordinator with team to review all subcontract and supplier shop drawing, product data, samples,
manuals etc for all compliance with contract documents;
· Manage vendor documents for all equipment;
· Monitor and ensure all the vendor equipment delivery are on time, including checks on inspection status and requirement;
· Prepare tender submission, cost estimation and project change request;
*Prepare monthly P&L reporting.
*Able to use AutoCAD – Advance Steel Software.
· Any other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent
· Proficient in design software such as PV AutoCAD
· Proficiency in English language (spoken and written) with strong communication skills
