Work Location: Bukit Batok
Work Week/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm
Contract Type: 6 Months Temporary Contract
Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Selection: Manage the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers throughout the selection process.
- Onboarding: Prepare employment contracts, arrange pre-employment health check-ups, and conduct reference checks to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Draft and manage documentation for various staff movements, including appointment, resignation, transfer, and confirmation letters.
- Foreign Worker Administration: Oversee work pass applications and renewals, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Training Coordination: Schedule and register employees for training sessions and maintain accurate records of participation and completion.
- Leave & Claims Administration: Manage leave records, process claims, and ensure timely updates in the HR system.
- Data Management & Ad-hoc Tasks: Support HR project, data entry, reporting, and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma holders with 1 year of relevant HR experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Meticulous with a high degree of integrity and demonstrated ability to work in a team
- Pleasant, resourceful with good interpersonal skills
- Able to adapt to multi-tasking
- Able to join immediately will be added advantage
