Job Description:
- Preparation of project documentation e.g. tender, quotation, progress claims, drawings, checklist, etc
- Responsible for site coordination and supervising to ensure projects are completed according to schedule.
- Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and suppliers on all project-related matters.
- Attend site walks, meetings, and site inspections when required.
- To carry out technical support functions in mechanical engineering work on site.
- To ensure effective project management on design, installation, testing, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance activities.
- Attend meetings, and prepare project schedules and progress reports.
- To ensure smooth and timely delivery of the project.
- Any other duties as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in M&E or the construction industry.
- Possessing relevant safety certificates is an advantage.
- Knowledge of equipment installation, testing & commissioning, and troubleshooting as per M&E drawings or engineering specifications.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight project schedules.
- Willing to travel & based at the project site.
- Have knowledge of AutoCAD & Microsoft Office.
- Candidates without experience but with relevant qualifications will be considered as well.
