Responsibilities
- Responsible for all administrative tasks, such as compiling monthly reports, monthly activities, customers or vendors within work premises for the Division .
- Monitor project budget and spending, and ensure timely submission of finance/procurement documents (COC, RFB, Purchase Request, PO) and Goods Receipt (GR) upon delivery.
- Track stocktaking requirements for the (Operations and Supply Chain) projects and ensure timely execution.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative, finance and procurement works.
- Conversant in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Good to have SAP and procurement knowledge and experience.
