- Provide administrative and contractual support and maintain all required project information throughout each project for claim purposes.
- Ensure that the claim data are up-to-date and comprehensive.
- Prepare progressive claims and potential variation claims.
- Be able to do quantity measurement.
- Prepare RFQ package and source supplier and subcontractors.
- Review and compare quotations received, including clarifications correspondences.
- Highlight difference and commercial risks.
- Prepare agreements draft by using given template.
- Review subcontractor/supplier’s claim and prepare payment response.
- Maintain proper record of project costs.
- Ensure proper closing-out of subcontracts/supply agreement.
- Support in project account finalization.
- Other quantity surveying duties assigned.
Requirement
- At least a degree in Quantity Survey, Civil or Mechanical or equivalent or equivalent;
- At least 5 years of Singapore based contract management experience in EPC project environment.
- Sound knowledge of preparing contract close-out documents, monthly reports, interim and final payment applications.
- Good contractual and commercial mind set in working;
- An excellent diplomat and communicator in English, spoken or written.
- Familiar with public project contract administration, including using PSSCOC for contract administration at least for two projects.
- Experience in a project involves D&B for industry plant project will add value.
