- Coordinate daily scheduled deliveries with customers to minimize trailer collection and shifting
- Coordinate with sites for loading, unloading, trailer collection and shifting activities
- Assist with addressing all driver issues as needed
- Manage the duty phone and handle customer inquiries
- Cross-deployment for other logistics controller roles in their absence
Requirement
- Minimum N level or above
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
- Mandarin fluency required, as the majority of drivers are Mandarin-speaking mainland Chinese
- Responsible, reliable and with a positive attitude
- Ability to work weekends
