JOB SUMMARY
- This role in the global WRB (Wealth and Retail Banking) Marketing team, is a supporting marketing role in the global WRB business. The role holder will support the team lead in implementing the marketing strategy and plan.
- The role holder requires excellent stakeholder management and ability to manage projects independently across the T7 markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
- Lead the activation of LFC with the WRB business, partnering with the Sponsorship team to maximise market participation. Ensure all implementations follow global guidelines with clear KPIs and post implementation reviews in place
- Build SC’s Wealth Awareness through social marketing
- Work closely with T7 local markets to engage Affluent clients using content
- Manage the Group’s social accounts on Facebook and LinkedIn
- Support client communications strategy and lead eDM best practice COE
Business
- Roll out Global LFC Next Gen activation in partnership with the T7 markets
- Build SC’s Wealth Awareness through social marketing
- Lead the development of client engagement communications in support of the overall client engagement journey
- Manage the daily posting on WRB Wealth social accounts, creating and executing end to end, using content from the business
- Collaborate with local marketing colleagues to optimise usage of wealth content
- Collaborate with colleagues to amplify wealth content through owned and paid

- Lead client journey and experience analysis when necessary
- Use data and insights to underpin ideas as well as demonstrate results of activity
- Collaborate with our marketing agency partners to elevate solutions, with demonstratable results
- Responsible for ensuring efficient and effective use of available budget
- Act as Maker or Checker with website / social content updates within team

- Raise the bar on conduct and demonstrate how we are here for good, to clients and colleagues
- Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations across the team and work in collaboration with all partners
- Provide team support across any project which requires resource / absence cover
Risk Management
- Manage marketing standards to reinforce overall SC brand positioning through consistency in tone, manner, look and feel, and gain competitive market advantage
Governance
- Support the standardised WRB marketing operating rhythm including market planning, campaign execution, performance tracking and stakeholder engagement model
- Understand the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role

- Embed Here for good and Group’s brand and values in the WRB Group Affluent and Wealth Marketing team; Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures; Multiple functions (double hats)
Our Ideal Candidate
- 8+ years of marketing skills in ‘tier 1’ banks or other industry.
- Graduate degree in marketing and communications and / or post graduate degree / MBA
- Good understanding and experience of social media marketing.
- Experience of large-scale brands / complex organisations
- Experience in marketing to HNW segments.
- Experience in financial services / wealth management.
