- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of repair processes for Rolls-Royce Trent Engine Components.
- Spearhead and support the creation and development of necessary tooling and inspection requirements, including manufacturing routers and process instructions (e.g., data cards, recording forms, setup plans).
- Demonstrate First Article Inspection for assigned repair schemes according to AS9102, AS 130000, and Rolls-Royce SARRe Guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with Manufacturing Engineers and Customer Team Specialists to meet monthly repair development targets.
- Support Manufacturing Engineers in addressing technical and operational challenges related to Rolls-Royce, ensuring thorough follow-through until approval and shop operation handover.
- Assist in the preparation of Source Approval Validation packages and other necessary documentation for the industrialization and approval of Rolls-Royce-controlled repair schemes.
- Facilitate effective interactions with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Suppliers, and other support teams during repair industrialization, ensuring alignment with Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity goals.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal functions to ensure timely and budget-compliant execution of repair development actions.
- Ensure all engineering designs and technical data are accurately documented, providing a strong technical/historical foundation for future reference and meeting customer/end-user needs.

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Material, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years in repair development or repair design
- Thorough understanding of Rolls-Royce repair schemes, engine manuals, special process manuals, and overhaul procedures.
- Proficient in Rolls-Royce component repair processes
- Knowledgeable in manufacturing and inspection tools and processes such as heat treating, thermal spraying, bead and shot peening, arc welding, wide gap brazing, and machining.
- Expertise in GD&T and tool/fixture design applications within repair settings.
- Specialized knowledge in the repair of Nozzle Guide Vanes and Stator Vanes would be advantageous.
