About the Role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and energetic HR Operations Manager to help build and promote a positive workplace culture. This role focuses on organizing activities and boosting employee engagement, with no payroll or recruitment tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Culture Building
- Create programs to strengthen our company culture and foster teamwork.
- Be a culture ambassador, ensuring our values are reflected in daily work life.
- Employee Engagement & Events
- Plan and organize team-building events, social activities, and wellness programs.
- Build an event calendar and gather feedback to improve future activities.
- Onboarding & Orientation Support
- Welcome new hires with an engaging onboarding experience that reflects our culture.
- Help new employees connect with our team and values from day one.
- HR Operations Support
- Respond to employee questions about HR programs and policies.
- Share updates and news on HR activities and resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR or employee engagement roles.
- Strong organization and event planning skills.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- A creative, proactive approach to building a positive workplace.
