- Understanding Client(s) Needs and Requirements for Payment Services
- Handling End-to-End Merchant Onboarding Application, including reaching out to various stakeholders to obtain approval
- Handling and Liaising to merchant’(s) enquiry or investigation via email or Phone Call
- Provides periodic updates to merchant(s)
- Tracking of Sales Referral from Banking BUs or different sales channels
- Weekly reporting of sales tracking and merchant onboarding
- Administrative work like checking of documents and system records to ensure correctness
- Supporting the sales force with general operations to achieve department’s objectives
- You will also need to assist in any admin, adhoc projects and work as assigned
