Responsibilities:
- Lead the operations team in managing the overall operation, maintenance and upkeep of the property and facilities.
- Supervise a team of contractors in carrying out planned and ad-hoc maintenance work.
- Manage building’s facilities including but not limited to assets enhancement, supervision of contractors, liaison with clients and facilities operations.
- Attend to feedback and service requests from clients and liaise with contractors on all maintenance matters
- Compile, collate and analyze operational data and reports for continuous improvement.
- Possess fire safety knowledge and the ability to conduct fire and emergency drill.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors / clients.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Real Estate Business/Facilities Management /Project and Facilities Management /Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in facilities management.
- Candidates with working experience in China will have an advantage.
- Willing to work and station in Shanghai, China.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, reliable and able to command the respect of his subordinates.
- Possess good communication skills and be able to liaise with different levels of people.
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8.30am-6pm)
Working Location: Shanghai, China
Salary: Up to $8,000
