JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Efficiently manage and organize the schedule.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Facilitate client receptions and ensure a seamless experience for VIP guests.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
- Draft and proofread correspondence
- Prepare agendas, documents, and presentations for meetings.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Provide personal support as required, such as managing personal appointments and tasks.
- Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations for executive meetings.
- Assist in performance assessments and reviews for the office team members.
- Organize team-building activities and manage departmental events
- Responsible for the entire content production and execution process, including research, content strategy, planning, scripting, shooting, and editing.
- This involves creating content, copywriting and content vetting for Chinese social media, such as Xiaohongshu, Wechat, Tiktok with the goal of maximising leads generation.
- Manage content curation and creative direction to ensure compelling and consistent messaging development for social media platforms.
- Work closely with China team to consistently generate and compile engaging content that aligns with Corporate business strategy and Corporate social media
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, have a good command of English and Mandarin.
- Tech Proficiency: High proficiency in collaborative software, Microsoft Office, and a readiness to embrace new tools.
- Driving License (optional)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiar with China social media, able to integrate internal and external resources to track local hot news.
- Experience in editing content on-the-go with mobile applications
- Experience in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, photography and videography.
- Self-driven and able to handle pressure, maintain a proactive attitude in high-pressure environments, and possess problem-solving and resilience capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and identify opportunities in ambiguity, with a self-starter attitude in a SME environment.
