Job Descriptions:
- Develop the product roadmaps for all digital products (inclusive AI/ML) and IT projects/products based on company’s vision, mission, and core values.
- Develop business case and perform market segmentation
- Plan and drive productization of digital products from pilot, develop go-to-market strategy and pricing plans, product launch, marketing, and scale up
- Perform market and user research to support design of digital products.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Lead overall design, solutioning, and delivery of the digital products.
- Develop and monitor product KPIs (e.g maximise revenues, increase user traction, drive adoption and usage)
- Perform data mining, analytics and visualizations to gain insights on the performance of AI/ML products and make management recommendations.
- Drive all project management activities and oversee entire lifecycle of digital products from conceptualization to deployment and continuous improvement.
- Plan and drive all UAT activities of the digital products.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-5 years experience in product management, with a strong focus on digital products, AI/ML, and IT projects/products.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML product development, data analytics, and performance tracking.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to drive product innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while balancing multiple projects and priorities.
