The F&B Executive is responsible for providing attentive and accurate service to the guests, operating within the guidelines set by the manager. They ensure excellence in customer service through knowledge and passion for the product.
Responsibilities
• Take Orders & Serve Guests
Provide attentive and accurate table service.
• Be a Floor Floater
Move between different sections to assist team members and ensure smooth cafe operations.
• Food Running
Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and professional manner.
• Guest Engagement
Engage with customers, recommend menu items and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain Cleanliness & Organization
Ensure the dining area is always tidy and presentable
• Assist with Set-Up & Closing
Help prepare the cafe for opening and closing duties
• Communicate with the Kitchen & Bar
Ensure seamless coordination between the front and back of house
• Upselling & Promoting Specials
Stay informed about menu changes and promotions. Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales.
• Uniform & Grooming Compliance
Adhere strictly to company guidelines on uniform care and personal grooming to ensure a polished and professional appearance that aligns with the brand's image.
• Health & Safety
Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for customers and staff.
